Required Maintenance & Service

Failures due to the malfunction of electrical or plumbing facilities are not covered under warranty. Normal maintenance as contained in the Operating Instructions is the responsibility of the purchaser, or a qualified service agent.

Please be advised that in conformance with the industry standard practice, Canadian Curtis Refrigeration Inc. assumes no responsibility for product or production losses due to malfunction or failure of the equipment, however caused. It is the responsibility of the equipment owner or operator to secure appropriate protective insurance.

  • Cleaning of evaporator coils
  • Cleaning of condenser coils
  • Cleaning of evaporator condensate drain pans
  • Cleaning of evaporator fan motors and blades
  • Lubricate fan motors
  • Checking of all electrical components

Annual Cleaning

  • Dismantling of evaporator for chemical cleaning
  • Chemical cleaning of evaporator coils
  • Cleaning of outdoor condenser coils
  • Cleaning of indoor evaporator drain pans
  • Clearing of condensation drain lines
  • Cleaning of evaporator fan blades
  • Checking of all electrical components
  • Checking of all settings
  • Re-installation of indoor cooler units
  • Checking refrigerant and oil charge
